We don't work on time management, productivity hacks, or "just setting boundaries."
We work on the beliefs keeping you stuck:
→ Why saying no feels dangerous (worth tied to being helpful) → Why rest feels forbidden (worth tied to productivity) → Why mistakes feel catastrophic (worth tied to performance) → Why your mind won't stop (broken self-trust)
Using CBT, we challenge the belief that your worth is conditional and rebuild trust with yourself.
This is root cause work, not symptom management.

I'm a CBT therapist with 9 years of mental health experience.
I work with burnt-out, overwhelmed women who are exhausted from people-pleasing, perfectionism, and constantly proving themselves.
My approach: Structured but flexible. Evidence-based but not robotic. I work on my own inner critic and boundaries too, the work never ends.
