I do not provide a crisis service, if you are unable to keep yourself safe please call 999, present yourself to your nearest A and E or make an immediate emergency GP appointment if you are able. Alternatively contact the Samaritans https://www.samaritans.org/ or your local crisis team. Sessions can be conducted virtually via video call or in person sessions are delivered in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

You will have a 15 minute free consultation after this sessions will be £75 for an hour slot

The first hour is an introductory assessment. We’ll discuss your reasons for therapy, goals and how CBT can help. If another therapy seems more beneficial, we will explore that option.

Your privacy and trust are very important. What we talk about is just between us, unless there’s a risk of harm to you or someone else. Otherwise, it’s just us figuring out how to get you to your goals.
